We do not accept returns of items. Each item is custom made with custom packaging for every separate customer, therefore after the order is placed it can not be returned or cancelled.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations of orders already made. Each order is custom made, therefore cancellations after the order has been made is not possible.
